Common Uses - Used as a flavoring for foods, it may aid digestion, and lessen the potential of food poisoning or food-borne disease.
Parts Used - Oil, bark
Locating & Handling - Purchase cinnamon bark ground or in sticks in the spice section of the grocery store. Cinnamon oil is also readily available.

Origin - Native to Sri Lanka, India. One of the spices responsible for the start of world trade.
